Return and exchange form

This form must be completed, printed, signed and enclosed inside your parcel. A return that arrives without a completed and signed form, or without a Return Authorisation number, cannot be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. If you cannot print it, copy it out by hand in full and enclose it.

The refund covers the price you paid for the item. Shipping paid on the original order and the cost of sending the item back to us are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you are not exchanging, skip this section. Circle one:

  1. Faster. Order the size you want on the site now, so we can ship it straight away, and send this item back. Once we receive it and accept the return, we refund your first order in full.
  2. Slower. Send us the item first. It can take 5 to 10 days to reach us. Once we receive it and accept the return, we ship the replacement.

6. Conditions you are confirming

  • The request was made within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • The parcel is posted within 7 days of the date the Return Authorisation number was issued.
  • The item is complete, with its pouch, box and any tags, and is not damaged beyond normal wear.
  • The parcel is sent with a tracked and insured service, at your cost. Keep the receipt. We are not responsible for a return we never receive, and without proof of delivery we cannot refund.
  • Engraved and personalised items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

I understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to the return being refused and the refund withheld, and that a refused item is sent back to me at my expense.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You have a separate statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. That right does not require this form, does not require a reason, and does not require the item to be unused beyond the handling needed to check it. To use it, send us a clear statement by email. This form and the conditions above apply to our commercial 90-day guarantee, which runs alongside your statutory right and goes beyond it.
